Mountain Pointe Varsity went 6-0 at the Central High School Jamboree. Varsity beat Brophy Prep, Arcadia, North HS, Mesquite, Marana Mnt View and Salpointe Catholic en route to the perfect record. Varsity is now 19-1 for the summer.
Mountain Pointe Varsity went undefeated at the Grand Canyon University Summer Camp and beat Mesa High School in the championship game on a last second buzzer beater in overtime by senior Amarion Cash. The Varsity squad is now 12-1 for the summer.
Mountain Pointe Varsity took second place at the ACU Summer Camp, losing to Mesa High School in the title game as the Pride only had six players.
