Summer 2017 Varsity Team

The varsity team finished the summer with a record of 30-4. That record includes a championship at Grand Canyon University Team Camp, a second place finish at Arizona Christian Team Camp, and a final four appearance in the Arizona State University Team Camp. The team also competed in the Central High School Jamboree and Summer 64 Tournament at Chavez. Throughout the month, the Pride beat top 6A programs such as Mesa, Brophy, Pinnacle, Chavez and Desert Vista.

The team has developed defensively and offensively throughout the summer, and is looking forward to making a strong run during the 2017-2018 season. The team consisted of seniors Amarion Cash, Ryan Pate, Selah Thomas, John Norsworthy III, Terrance Hunter; juniors Jalen Graham, Khalid Price, Jonah LaBranche, Malik Salahuddin, and sophomore Nate Ward.
