WEIGHT TRAINING:
Sophomore, Junior and Senior players are encouraged to lift weights in addition to participating in Pride Summer Ball. Coach Fauske will provide players with a weight training schedule as a guide for summer workouts.
Planet Fitness is allowing teens ages 15-18 to work out for FREE from May 15th to September 1st. No membership for parents is required. The closest Planet Fitness is located at Ray and 54th Street (across I-10). See link below for more information:
